Planning a wedding involves a lot of details. The bar and desserts should not be complicated. Whether you are a wedding planner coordinating an event or a couple planning your own celebration, here are the answers to the questions we hear most often when booking Baked And Sauced for weddings.

What does it cost to book Baked And Sauced for a wedding?

Pricing varies depending on the number of guests, length of service, and the package you choose. Bar packages typically range from $9 per guest per hour for beer and wine to $13 per guest per hour for a full bar. If the Airstream trailer is part of the event, there is generally a $1,000 minimum. Full wedding experiences can range from approximately $1,250 to $10,000 depending on the size of the event and customization. The best way to price your wedding is to reach out with your guest count and vision so we can create a custom quote.
Do you provide the alcohol or is it BYOB?

Baked and Sauced provides the alcohol. We are fully licensed and insured and work with couples and wedding planners to curate the drink menu. Whether you want craft cocktails, local beer, wine selections, or signature drinks that reflect the couple, we help design the

perfect menu for your celebration.
What is included in your bar service packages?
How many guests can you serve?

We can accommodate weddings of almost any size. From intimate backyard celebrations to large tented receptions, our team and service style are designed to scale smoothly. For larger weddings we simply plan the appropriate staffing and service flow with your planner or venue.
Do guests go inside the Airstream trailer?

Drinks and desserts are served through the Airstream service window which keeps service quick and efficient during a reception. One of our Airstreams does have a small lounge area that can be used for wedding party photos or a fun toast moment, but guests typically order
from the window during service.
What space or setup does the trailer require?

The trailer should be placed on flat ground and requires a space about 25 feet long by 12 feet wide. The trailer is approximately 9 feet high. We prefer access to a standard 120V power outlet if available, but we can also bring quiet inverter generators when needed.
Are you licensed and insured?
Can we create signature cocktails for our wedding?

Absolutely. Signature cocktails are one of the most fun parts of wedding planning. We love helping couples create drinks that reflect their personalities, favorite spirits, or even the colors of their wedding. Many couples name their drinks after pets, favorite places, or inside jokes.
